As each product is hand-embroidered and hand-finished, slight irregularities are not flaws — they are signatures of handmade excellence.
However, we do understand that there may be rare instances where you receive a product that is damaged or defective. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns or refunds may be accepted and how you can initiate the process.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We only accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
The product sent to you is incorrect (wrong item, size, or color).
The product is significantly different from the description provided on our website.
Please note: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
Change of mind
Personal dislike of design, color, or fabric texture
Minor imperfections typical of hand-embroidery or hand-finishing
Sizing issues (unless the wrong size was delivered)
We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully, review product images, and reach out to us for any clarifications before placing an order.
2. Time Frame to Initiate a Return
If your product meets the above eligibility criteria, you must raise a return or refund request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund?
To begin a return/refund request, follow these steps:

Include the following details:
Your order number
A brief explanation of the issue
Clear photos showing the defect or damage
Our support team will respond within 2–3 working days to review your request.
If approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. Do not ship the product back unless specifically instructed.
4. Conditions for Accepted Returns
To qualify for a refund or replacement, the returned product must be:
Unused and in original condition
In its original packaging, with tags intact
Without stains, damages, or signs of wear
If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny the refund or charge a restocking fee.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.
In some cases, we may ask for bank details to process manual refunds if the original payment gateway cannot be used.
6. Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong item, Raasa will bear the return shipping costs.
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products purchased during sale or promotions
Customized or made-to-order products
Items damaged due to improper use, washing, or storage
Gift cards or vouchers (if applicable)
